rclone backup
What it is
“rclone backup” is an internal tool of Rodrigo Lima Pro. It copies the company’s own backups to the company’s own Google Drive. It is not offered to clients or third parties.
What it accesses
Only the Google Drive drive.file scope, that is, only the files the tool itself created. It does not read, list or change any other file in the Drive.
What it does with data
It does not collect, sell or share anyone’s data. The files stay in the Drive of the company account. The Google authorization is stored only on the company’s computer.
How to revoke
Whoever authorized the tool can remove its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Central de Atendimento (WhatsApp)
What it is
A Rodrigo Lima Pro system in which businesses serve their own customers on WhatsApp. Each business connects its own number through Meta’s sign-up and keeps ownership of the number and the account.
What data it receives from Meta
The messages exchanged between the business and its customers (text, audio, photos and documents), the number and profile name of whoever writes, the delivery status, and the data of the business’s WhatsApp Business account (numbers and message templates).
What it uses it for
Only to show the conversations to the business’s team, send replies and message templates, and track delivery. An AI assistant replies within what the business taught it. The business chooses the mode: off, only suggest replies for a person to approve, or reply on its own, handing the conversation to a person when the subject goes beyond what it was taught.
Who sees it
The team of the business that owns the number and, when it asks for support, Rodrigo Lima Pro. One business’s data is not shown to another. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
A HostGator server in São Paulo, a Supabase database in São Paulo and encrypted backups at Cloudflare.
For how long
For as long as the business uses the Central. If it cancels, we delete the conversations within 30 days.
Requests from authorities
Every request goes through a legal review of its legitimacy, is logged, and only the minimum required is provided.
How to request deletion
The client business requests deletion of all its data at [email protected]. Anyone who talked to a business through the Central can ask that business or us, at the same email, giving their phone number. We reply within 15 days.
